Maximum working pressure difference (forward): can reach 0.3–0.42MPa (≈3–4.2bar) at room temperature, and can be as high as 1.6MPa for strict application.Maximum reverse pressure difference: Common 0.2–0.28MPa (≈2–2.8bar).
Working temperature: PP/PES ≤80–85°C, PTFE can reach above 90°C, PFA type can even reach 170°C.
Steam sterilization temperature: PES/PTFE/PFA type can withstand 121°C steam disinfection ≥30 minutes, PTFE can withstand 100 sterilizations.

Select accuracy according to particle interception requirements: for example, select 0.1–0.22µm for sterilization filtration, and select 0.45–10µm for conventional pre-filtration
Consider medium and temperature: PES or PTFE for medical liquid/biological applications; PFA/PTFE for thermal/corrosive media
Dimensions match housing: Confirm the filter length, end cap and O-ring type supported by the filter housing used
Pressure requirements: When the positive and reverse pressure is large, the maximum working pressure difference ≥ the required model should be selected.
Sterilization characteristics: If you need to disinfect frequently, PES/PTFE can withstand 121°C steam and have a longer life
